Brambles Bakery & Cafe was born from a love for baking, the desire to create a meeting place that serves delicious food, and granny’s famous sticky buns recipe.  Sarah Molnar and her mother and business partner Dorothy launched the business in 2009 and have been feeding locals and travellers ever since.

From humble beginnings with just two sandwich choices, to an eclectic menu with gluten-free and vegan options, delicious food served in a comfortable, social setting has always been at the centre of our dream. And it still is.

We roast our own vegetables like yams and red peppers and our condiments, such as chutney, tapenade and hummus, are also made in-house to bring a full, homemade taste to each meal.

Our staff is another important part of what makes Brambles so unique. We’re very proud of our dedicated, creative and fun team and with their input, we continue down our path of fresh and delicious food in a great atmosphere.
